Chetpet Eco Park , located in chetpet and its opposite to the chetpet railway station 

There is a huge walkway around the lake and the area is decorated well, the walking distance is almost 0.75KM, and the lake has a small island like area. Here there is two gates , North gate its opposite to the Ega theater , South gate is as opposite to the chetpet railway station , North gate is consider as the main gate ,

The park opens from 10Am to 

 6Pm , have your visit around 4 or 4 30 with your family and had a ride around 5 30 for a perfect yellow sun shade ride 

Parkings are available in the main gate, its cost Rs 20 for a bike , 

and The Fit Rock Arena is good one, especially for kids , where you can rock and climb with fitness activities, its cost around Rs500 for registration (as per local guide information) also you need to pay entry and parking fee ..... Its located 1st floor above the aquarium

Aquarium, You need to pay for it , where you can see some rare fishes inside ....

Food Zone ... regular stuffs , nice one , 

Fishing its almost Rs300 , you can had the fish to your house, even rods will be provided...

Finally a worthy place inside chennai city , A walk around the lake with snaks and juice ... In winter it felt like a hill station... A Boat ride , fishing, play zone, snaks , aquarium.... a biggest entertainment
